Rig n' furrow

Archaeology can be subtle and difficult to spot. The length of the grass hid the rig and furrow (dips and troguhs as evidence of pre-improvement ploughing - ie by horse and cart) until the machine tracked over it. Here you can see the rig and furrow marked by the tracks of the machine.
