Today was the opening of the community Pub. The last remaining pub in the village was going to close so a group of determined people applied for a grant from the Scottish Land Fund to buy it. 
This is only the second community grant in Scotland for purchasing a pub. Brilliant.
It was a lot of work and the opening was great...bagpipes and all.
Of course, being a community pub means that we have to support it. Think we might just manage that.
