Costume weekend at Oxburgh

Volunteers dressed up and demonstrated historic skills and duties against the backdrop of the house itself. This gentleman, talking about, and showing his prowess with, the longbow is actually American. Others were cooking, writing, spinning, explaining the use of herbs, making bricks and mortar, playing with toys etc. I just popped in to have a look on my way back from a dog agility show - Merlin came second in one class - see extra - Pixie had fun!
