Pleione Titan

I do love this time of the year! I bought the bulb of this plant last year and popped it into a pot and on the advice of the “breeder” put it into the garage and forgot about it. So when the first shoot came out, it promptly got a little water and I put it in my kitchen where there is light and hopefully away from cat teeth. Then I watched it every morning until this beauty opened! It sleeps in the kitchen pantry at night just for in case Jasmine feels she needs some extra flower vitamin during the night. There is another 2 buds, so this plant will be sleeping in the pantry for a little longer!
