It's A BIG Jellyfish

I had a day to myself and headed (slightly) south while  the others headed north again (apart from Chris who heads to the hills on his own and goes vertically).

It was a lovely day with super weather (the others all got rained on.....often and heavily).

My travels took me down small roads and off the main tourist routes. On one of them I came across The Philosopher's Hut. I called it that because of the writings on the wall which I found when I went to open the door and it fell off!
It was only being held upby the bend nail hook acting as a lock. I managed not to drop it and get it back in place you will be pleased to know.

When I stopped for lunch there was a group of Dutch gents playing with one of their numbers' car which obviously had had a problem but was now fixed and he was proving it by revving it - loudly and constantly. Maybe that is why he was failing to keep up with me travelling north on Saturday. Personally, I would have preferred any of the other cars - especially the Cobra.
Down on the beach there were loads of rocks with faces on them. Have a look around the pictures and see how many you can see.

I headed back to the cottage after my camera developed an 'Error' after the battery died and I was damned if I could find the reason why. I wasn't in the best of moods about that and it certainly didn't help being stuck behind a camper van on the single track road (for miles and miles) and stopping at every side road - obviously trying to find out where he (or his destination) was. When he eventually pulled into the parking area (which is about 300 yards from my destination) I followed and had a quiet word in his shell like explaining that passing places were not just to let opposing vehicles pass. He claimed that he is very careful to let cars past. Not me though!. I think he got the message and will use his mirrors now. Needless to say I was only back a couple of minutes and the solution to my camera problem came to me in a blinding flash  ................ the mirror was locked up and all I had to do with press the shutter to release it. Doh!
