Mistic Morning

Early morning mists over Welland.  This is part of our newly extended view. On close inspection, it seems those apparent structures in the mid-foreground are remnants of the Welland Steam Fair - including a guards van that they seem to have left behind on their (very) short length of track!

Generally a pretty packed-in day, starting with breakfasts and guests departing, an indelicate pruning of a laurel (liberal use of a chainsaw) then off to Bristol to view a couple of houses with M&C - dropping in on the "Nature in Art" gallery en-route.  Didn't have time to do that justice so we'll plan in a bit more time next time.

The area M&C are looking at has quite a few buildings adorned with spectacular, if occasionally weird, street art.
