Wasco Street Branch Library.

Got the usual hassle-free 7 a.m. flight up to Portland from San Francisco.  Arrived to a cool and rainy PDX.  Lovely to see all the trees - some leaves are starting to turn!  Got some nice pix from the plane but I'm all outta extras for now.

In the lobby of our building there's a little ledge where neighbors leave books for others, when I arrived this morning a lovely person had left a stack of old New Yorkers, I helped myself to a couple.  

Spent most of the day running errands.  Walked through Sullivan's Gulch to Fred Meyer, this extremely well stocked little free library on Wasco Street caught my eye on the way back.  Puts the few I see in Redwood City to shame.  :-)
