A Thing of Beauty

It's really hard to beat the beautiful sight of ducks coming in for landing.......
.....they really performed for me today.....I had a few to choose from but settled on this one......I thought this ones face was rather lovely....and I like the other two looking on. The swamp was a glorious place this afternoon.

I mostly like getting older...It certainly has many advantages...for me the main thing is feeling more comfortable in my skin even if it is getting wrinkly and going south.

However I am not so fond of the aches and pains and feeling things wearing out.
Today was a trip to the dentist....wont bore you with the details but I do feel like I've been hit by a truck.

Perhaps I just need to be thankful that all the teeth in my head are still mine and I can still crunch into an apple...... toffee though is a bit of a worry.
