Sunday sunshine

A bright and sunny morning, which I spent getting well and truly bitten by midges!  That's what happens when you are out of the wind, and I was in the lea of the wall, digging up dandelions from the front path.

The celebrations for the craftshop's 40th Anniversary ended this evening with a special meal at The Foveran for the management committee and shop workers.  The average age of the committee is nearer 70 than 60, and some have been members of the co-operative since the very beginning, so it is quite an achievement!

It was a lovely evening, a glass of Prosecco to start with, excellent food and wine, good company, and I got a lift with Bodkin so we could discuss Blip and Shetland Wool Week as we drove!
