The edible and the inedible

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio. Not Yorick's skull but a giant puffball. A culinary treat when young but this one was mature and full of trillions and trillions of dry spores, even more spores than Jeff Bezos has dollars!

The "extra" is that quintessential autumn mushroom, the fly agaric. If eaten it probably won't kill you, but it might; it will certainly cause drowsiness, nausea, sweating, distorted sight and sounds, euphoria and dizziness and probably severe and violent stomach upsets.
