Take a Rest.

I would love to be able to stop during the rush to and from work to just sit down and take a rest. When you have small kids it can be a rush to get up and get ready and get everyone to school and work, then when the day of work is complete it's only the beginning of yet another rush of pick-ups and nightly routine. Time out to sit quietly is rare and a precious commodity.
