A bit of sunshine

A bit of sunshine this morning has gotten a lot of people out in their yards doing what clean up they can.

We’ve taken the rest of our hurricane shutters down so the house isn’t quite so dark.

We were woken at 5am with a phone call giving us the sad news that one of our neighbours down the road had passed away.

Kent and I are now just trying to catch up on some of our sleep as it was another restless night.

It’s a game of patience we’re now playing and I hope and pray we all play the game gracefully.
