Still Standing!

I'm dedicating this blip to all those folks still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and the continuing trials and destruction of all that rain. The effects of severe flooding go on and on, way past when the water finally goes down. Months and even years of dealing with water damage and resulting molds. You are True Survivors! Stay Strong! On my mind also are those suffering the aftermath of Typhoon Mangkhut in the Philippines. This dedication is for you as well!
This female Bullfrog is one of the survivors in our pond. Most of the big ones are 'gone', snagged for a snack or dinner by any one of a number of predators. I've been seeing lots of tadpoles in the pond though, munching happily on the algae. Generations of Hope! Elton John: Still Standing
