Afternoon -in Sparrow- Village

Another gift of a glorious sunny, warm, day. What a pleasure after a busy morning to take my book into this park. This bench is my favourite spot : the beech hedge full of Sparrow chat, the Lavender where I tried to capture Bees.
The Extras : Crabapples ladening a park tree. Acanthus ( I believe ) seed head. The work coming from a Greek route : Akanthos. The tops of Corinthian capital were decorated reflecting their image.
