DUCK . . .

BRIDGE . . . a medieval 1386 packhorse bridge over the River Esk. Previously known as Danby Castle Bridge, it was largely rebuilt in 1717 by George Duck of Danby. Sadly traffic is not allowed to drive over now.
Strange weather today . . . a change of 12 degrees on our circular car tour . . . and everything from thick mist with visibility down to 3 metres, to glorious sunshine.
