MonoMonday Challenge 243 - Escape

This morning she put on a fresh pair of summer pants, a casual shirt and her favorite sandals to ride to the library and to turn a few pages and a corner in her life.  There it was!  The book that was to change her life - only she forgot her library card.  If only she had time to read it all the way through.  Surely it would have an answer even for these silly forgetful moments.  No time to loose, she would just have to walk out the door with the book behind her back.  She would come back tomorrow to return the book as surely she would no longer need it when she would have got smart.  Yet another obstacle - she forgot to even bring a purse or bag to put the book in.  Thankfully she didn't loose the key to her bike and proceeded to ride off as fast as she could to get  home and read more of her future.  The security cam caught the perpetrator with the title Get Smart clearly in view and the security was sent to follow her.  They caught up to her because she was after all a good lawful woman and stopped at the stop light. Nabbed!  That was the end to her great escape.  I hope that they aren't too hard on her.  Her intentions were good.  I'd like to read that book too.
