Underneath and above the arches

My car had its MOT last week and this morning I walked up to the garage to pay for the work they did and to book it in to have a new oil sump in 3 weeks time - this car is getting very expensive ( it had an new alternator a few weeks ago). After all that expenditure I calmed myself down with a walk along the river and then met Mary in the Eastgate theatre cafe for a restorative cup of coffee.
