Walkies in Hertfordshire

A beautiful, beautiful autumn day so M and l headed off for a walk in the Hertfordshire countryside. We parked the car near a very dry ford and walked through the fields to the pretty village of Wheathampstead. Lots of villages have their own signs at the entrance and this one is that of Wheathampstead. The extra is a plaque on the wall of one the buildings in Wheathampstead. I wonder why they didn't just take the body out and put in the coffin afterwards.
