Morning Dew

All the spider's webs looked very obvious this Autumn morning.

Not many looked as perfect as this one. 

The lacemakers could have used something like this as a template back at the start of the craft.

It was a day of hard physical labour ( that I am not used to) cutting back overgrown garden shrubs and trees using a great new tool for the high branches  - lop this or saw that it could do the job. 

I finished a book by local author Stephen Booth which featured our own back yard  ( Kinder Scout )  as one of the villains of the story.   I wonder if this will be the last of his  Cooper&Fry stories it certainly read like the end of the personal stories of the main characters or at least of their interaction.  ( I may be wrong).
