Not so sore feet...

It's been a pretty good birthday. And I've had some excellent ones since I've been in blipland. And some not so good ones as well as some when I've just not bothered mentioning it at all on my blip.

Today was pretty good, if not as great as those when I've been on leave (or it was a weekend). I had a meeting with colleagues, where I was able to lay out some of my intentions for the next few years, as well as discussing what lay ahead for all of us (and we had brownies and macaroons). Later on, I tried to make my new office habitable, but it's very cold and currently a bit dark - what with the winter coming on. I need to do something about that. Then when I got home, Mr A whisked me down to the Ship on the Shore, which is positively one of my favourite places to eat. We spent a fair bit of time talking about my impressions from the weekend and making some further plans.
