tells a Story. I wonder what story this one tell,s.
Rest assured it definately wasn,t a death.
Could it be the site of a marriage proposal and the flowers left behind. Or could it be a case of un-reqited love, a suitor dumping them in anger.
Then the story of the screening in the background is another one it covers a proposed housing developement on the site of a Nightclub. And not least of all is the Abotoir opposite.

The reality is on my way home from swimming I was looking for Blips and spotted the dumped flowers, how and why they got there I can,t say.

Speculation,s more fun anyway.
