Stuck in the lift

This was getting serious. 10 minutes in a lift that wouldn't go anywhere or do anything. It was getting EXTREMELY hot. You can see all the buttons on the control panel and none would respond. I whatsapped Jack our tour leader to help us. HELP HELP! Good old whatsapp.
