Before the storm . . .

Everyone seems to be talking about the storm which is coming, but today seems wonderfully calm.  The owners of this Drascombe came and took her out the water this afternoon.  Peridot is safe at her mooring at the head of the bay, hopefully.  

A busy afternoon as, because of the weather and folk away, the ponies hadn't been ridden for a few days, so there were five to exercise!  Good exercise for H & me too!  

First egg from the new hens today!
