Billy no mates !!!

Wonderfully windy down on't prom today!!

We walked the full length up and down the front, on Crosby promenade. As predicted, very windy, got a free facial scrub courtesy of the sand being blowing off the dunes (just about to jump in the shower to get rid of it all!)
Had to empty out my shoes when we got,back to the car!!

Walked 6 miles so that was good, spoiled only by a very average lunch in the Lakeside bistro :-/

I love the light in the shot I've chosen to blip today .......and of course Mr Gormleys ironmen had to feature too :-)
