Tuesday: Evening Sunlight

Up early today for a 0730 breakfast meeting.  Things are definitely starting to pick up again post-summer.  There's quite a bit to be cracking on with.

This evening we met up with Heather and Joanne at Jericho Beach.  It's probably the last evening we'll be able to do that this year as it was already turning quite chilly.  Also with us were Heather's sister, Amanda, along with her husband and two kids.  They have just emigrated here - Amanda has got a job as a teacher in the same school that Heather teaches at.  It was lovely to meet them but I think they might be a bit shellshocked at the move that they have just made.

It was Amanda's birthday so we headed to the 'Cheshire Cheese' for a drink after we were done at the beach.

The evening light on downtown was lovely tonight.
