Salted Caramel ice-cream

We went over to our flat this morning which is to be our new home in two days.  We had arranged to have the carpets cleaned and we spent time there cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and the venetian blinds and getting rid of cobwebs.  It has been empty for several months and it needed a spruce up.  

Home to yet more packing.  No 1 son arrives later this evening to help us old folk pack tomorrow.  It will be good to see him.

This is a bit of an emergency blip as I have been rushing around all day.  Salted Caramel ice-cream for Friday afternoon once we are in.
