Sourgrass on Stanislaw River

This is where the Boards Crossing bridge goes over the Stanislaw River - it is called Sourgrass. We went early this morning to try catch the good morning light. This has to be one of the most beautiful areas around. the water level is quite high and the river is really tumbling over the rocks with a rumbling sound that is one and the same comforting and startling.

The extra is also from the same area but a shot that is a longer exposure.
