ADDING THE INSULT...

...to the injury.

Spent a second day not working &  waiting for GLS to not deliver my promised parcel. I've tracked it online from depot to delivery van & back to depot three times now.

The insult is this van which is now parked right opposite my front door!

Tomorrow morning I'm going to re-connect my fixed line telephone which I de-connected about five years ago & I'm going to give their "service clientele" the benefit of my humble opinion & if that doesn't work I'm going to get myself a rocket launcher...
