blast from the near past

Bit blowy today. Went to see the Rip it Up exhibition at the National Museum of Scotland. Absolutely fantastic exhibition of Scottish Pop music since the 50ies. Quite a number of bands featured I didn't realise they were from Scotland. I don't know how many times I stared at the frame with all the tickets for upcoming gigs. Ripping Records closed at the end of last year. Strange to see something so familiar in the museum now.
