From the trees...

A long day today - left Talence at 0830 and arrived home in Edinburgh at midnight. But not before I spent the morning in Bordeaux and the afternoon in Paris, with plenty of time to reflect and revel in the magnificent events of the weekend.

My favourite spot in Bordeaux, remembered from a holiday a few years back - the Quinconces tram stop, from where like magic the trams spring from the trees.
