Broken arms

That was only one of the many broken branches I saw today when I delivered my first induction talk to Dentistry students in the morning. The buildings behind it were Medical Biological Centre and part of the city hospital (yellow).

I left home earlier trying to get to office for some preparation but it ended up later than expected because the Botanic Gardens was closed due to the storm. If it was closed for safety reason, why shouldn't we just stay at home to avoid potential risks?

Went back and forth between different buildings on campus against strong gales. Glad that most of the sessions were well attended and I was lucky enough not to have been blown away.

Two more days to go, another hard battle tomorrow!
