The hardest job I've done was helping a family say goodbye to their little boy recently. It was a beautiful service and a brave choice the mother made to have a photographer present. She has a younger son, to whom she would like to be able to show the photos one day and she tells me that having the photographs to look through has brought her some  comfort over the weeks. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month, which is why I'm posting this now.
