Training Squad

We had a beautiful day today, but the breeze was a little chilly probably from the new snow that was dumped on the tops a couple of days ago. I had a small group tonight and put them through their paces doing 1km  intervals at their 10k pace. Kurt in the Orange Vest did 1 at 3.16 and the other 4 around 3.30-3.40 pace. The two ladies are both sub 50 min 10 k'rs and most of the men in this group are around 38-40 min 10 k'rs Our next big race is the Takahe to Akaroa Road Relay in 3 weeks, which has some very mean hills.
