Viennese Orange and Lemon Shortbread.

Over the last few months, Mum and I have been cooking some of the things that she used to cook when we were growing up. Today we found the recipe for what was always a favourite with us - Viennese Orange and Lemon Shortbread.

I'm happy to report that they are just as delicious as we remember them and melt in the mouth.
