B is for beer

The Czech Republic is having the same hot weather affecting much of Europe. It is extremely welcome yet is making sleep challenging. Our attic apartment is boiling, has no curtains and is rattled by trams from dawn. Sleep is sweaty and fitful so I resign myself to very little of it on this trip.

A general theme of our B trips is drinking too much (and laughing a lot). We attempted to join a brewery tour but were thwarted by the language barrier. So we settled for boozing in one of Brno's many beer emporia; an activity which we maintained throughout the day.
