Ploughing match

It's the time of year for the annual Forest of Arden ploughing competition.  It's a nice day out with lots of interesting things to see but unfortunately it was let down by the weather this year.  The attendance numbers were way down so I feel sorry for the organisers.  

The muddy tractors were out in force ploughing their furrows with millimetre precision.  I saw several contestants measuring their furrows with tape measures.  It was cold and wet however which didn't stop this hardy couple standing in the drizzle (not to mention the photographer standing behind them)
