Liquid

A very busy day - it started with an aerobic exercise class followed by Pilates.  Mid afternoon I grabbed the camera and thought to add some food dye to a bowl of water for todays abstract which has the subject of liquid.  Then this evening attending an award ceremony that our walking group had been nominated for.  We came second ie highly commended which was quite a surprise. An entertaining evening with an art exhibition, speakers and a good buffet.  It was all about health and wellbeing within our local AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty).  We ended up getting drenched heading for the carpark as finally we seem to be having some rain and high winds.
