Joffre Lakes provincial Park

We drove all today from Whistler to Blue River. It was miserable all day but a couple of wildlife sighting including a black bear.  Also this lake with glacial waters.

Tonight we stayed in a log cabin with a log fire and a fresh salmon supper washed down with local wine and beer. Can’t be bad !!

We followed the route of the famous Rocky Mountaineer train. I think we could see them but they didn’t see us!
