South island tour . . .

. . . with our zany guide Michael who mixed in a few comic gems with the normal informative explanations of what was around us. 

As the bus navigated the steep volcano roads he dropped out how proud he was of the driver, with his glass eye and wooden leg . . but he peaked and cased more than a few Tena lady moments when on a hairpin bend at the top of a volcano he let out a blood curdling scream!! such a card!!!

The highlights included the Timanfaya national park, camel rides a buffet lunch / wine tasting and the  green El Golfo lagoon. So many possible photos!!!
