Elodie met her new little sister for the first time. I was quite nervous how it would be but it went so well. I hadn't seen Elodie for a couple of days and it was so lovely to see her again. The slow recognition on her face when she saw me and the running to me was quite emotional. She'd had a funny few days cared for by different people and it was apparent that she didn't want to let either P or I out of her sight for awhile. When she saw the baby she said baby and immediately went and held her hand. It was lovely. Throughout my pregnancy we'd pointed to my belly and said the baby but we really didn't know how much she was taking in-maybe more than we thought.
Home today. Last night was much quieter thankfully. What an experience this has been.
