Eye Pillow

Gym first thing followed by Yoga.  A friend has made some lavender filled eye pillows and I used mine today when we had our relaxation at the end of the session.  Much nicer than the wheat filled.

Couldn't find my car keys when I left the gym.  It appears I had dropped them in the car park and a kind member had taken them to reception.  Phew!
