Be nice to me

I give blood pretty much every three months - and I usually post a blip something like this each time.  

Three months ago my blood donation wasn't a good experience so I posted something else, and I was slightly apprehensive about going back today for donation #24 - I'm pleased to report that it was back to the normal fast, efficient and painless experience today.
