Harbour Wildlife

The weather today has been better than expected. There was some rain around lunchtime but this afternoon it has been lovely and sunny .... not overly warm but it was just good to be out enjoying the fresh air.

We were in Pittenweem this morning .... coffee, a wee bit of shopping and a windy walk round the harbour. All the fishing boats were in .... no one wants to be at sea when gale force winds are blowing. The sea was still a bit choppy so the gulls, eider ducks and visiting harbour seal sought refuge in the relative calm of the harbour.
