In the forest...

It is such a good feeling to have some ambition again....i mean that i can think of doing 3-4 things in a day without worrying that i'll be totally exhausted!   took a good 45 minute hike into the forest....it is a glorious day here again.

this new direction with clay, hand building, is definitely challenging me more than i had anticipated!!!   the stiffness of the slab is so important, and yesterday i tried to put a few forms together when the clay was just still too soft!   so, with that in mind, this morning i rolled out some slabs....by now (afternoon) they should be in a more usable state!   but of course now i'm hitting the mid afternoon nap time.....we'll see!
