Friday flowers (Day 1234)

Back to the normal routine today with a chilly morning wander up the hill with the woofers. At home there was time for coffee before I got organised to head off to a job in the depths of Deerness. 
A couple of little problems along the way  meant that the job took a while longer than I had expected, and there was a "while you are here" to sort out too. 
Heading home for a late lunch, I dropped in to Tesco and the plumbers' merchant for supplies. 
After lunch, I made a cake, helped my beautiful wife with a bit of tidying, and cut the grass. 
It has been a bit of a busy day, without much in the way of photographic opportunities, the flowers in the kitchen saved the day.
