Cheapskates. lol

30p for a letter delivered by a newsagent .:-))  Look at the dates on the envelope - it looks like it was made ready for post on 19/9 and posted 20/9 and came today through my letterbox.   The extra is what was inside it and look at the date on that!! 
Oddly I do not know who Louise Taylor is but the doctors name is who I am registered with however I have not seen or spoken to either of those people, I had voicemail a few weeks back from the doctor but not spoken or written to them or anything.  Why can't people just say sorry and put their hands up instead of never ending skulduggery.
I don't even know what the blood test is for.:-/
