On a Mission

We were asked by our local motorhome group to see if the pub would be open for lunches when the group meets on the outskirts of the  village in October.  As the pub is directly behind the famous Eleanor cross there could only be one "blip".  This is the finest of the three remaining memorials to Queen Eleanor (wife of Edward 1st) marking one of the resting places of her cortege in 1290 on its way to Westminster Abbey.
Thank you for all your kind comment and stars.  We are still trying to catch up.....!
