Toad in the Thingy

Tonight’s offering for dinner.  That and some peas.  Plenty of spare for extras.
 
We are currently rationalising (clearing out) one of our freezers so that we can defrost it, so this was an effort to get rid of some odd sausages that seem to have accumulated.
