Loughborough University

An old university friend was returning to Loughborough today to take his son to an open day. I had long wanted to go back for a nostalgic look around and this was the perfect opportunity. I drove over with kwdiane this morning to meet up with Jon and his family and had a very enjoyable day. The campus has changed a lot but the halls of residence were still familiar and I was able to point out the rooms where I lived. Best of all I managed to access my very first room almost 40 years to the day since I first went there. It was a strange experience.
