Booked up

I booked the flights for the student trip to Berlin today. We're going at the end of January to the beginning of February primarily for Transmediale again. We're going for seven nights this time round so it will be worth buying the combo passes which cover us for the CTM festival as well. We'll do some of the other cool stuff too like the Hamburger Banhof gallery and the BAuhaus Archiv.

It had been looking a little touch and go as we had been looking to book through an agency as we had done in the past. This time however we were a little late getting the deposits from the students and when we spoke to the agents on Friday the price had gone up by £45 a head from the initial quotes.

After a serious bit of running about from a work mate and myself however we were able to get a price which at the very least matched the original quote and hopefully will actually save the students a bit of money. They're all pretty excited about the prospect and I'm really looking forward to going back to BErlin again too.
